1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped peanut butter cups
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and peanut butter until well blended.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Five minutes before churning is complete, add the chopped peanut butter cups.
Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze until firm, typically about 2-3 hours.
Notes
For a smoother texture, strain the mixture before churning.
If you don’t have an ice cream maker, freeze the mixture and whisk every 30 minutes until frozen.
