  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup apricot preserves or any fruit jam of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Roll out sugar cookie dough on a greased pizza pan or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
  4. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust.
  6. Arrange sliced fruits on top.
  7. Heat apricot preserves until liquid and brush over fruits.
