Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound rotini pasta
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2 jars (15 oz each) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup garlic Parmesan sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pasta, chicken, Alfredo and garlic Parmesan sauces, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake covered for 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Optionally, broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden crust.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Chicken: You can use either leftover rotisserie chicken or any pre-cooked chicken.
  • Cheese: For a less rich dish, reduce the amount of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese used.
  • Broiling: Keep a close eye during broiling to prevent the top from burning.
