Strawberry Fluff Salad

A sweet and refreshing dessert salad combining fresh strawberries, vanilla pudding, crushed pineapple, whipped topping, mini marshmallows, and optional walnuts. Perfect for picnics, potlucks, and family gatherings.

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sliced strawberries and dry vanilla pudding mix. Stir until strawberries are coated.
  2. Add undrained crushed pineapple and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
  4. Stir in mini marshmallows and walnuts (if using).
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust fruit or nuts according to preference.
  • Can be made with low-fat or sugar-free alternatives for a healthier version.
