  • 12 large mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed
  • 1 cup lump crabmeat, drained, shells removed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix crabmeat, cream cheese, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture.
  4. Place on a baking sheet.
  5. Combine breadcrumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over mushrooms.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until tender.
